95 Honda Civic feels like I have a flat tire but I don't
my son's currently having a problem like it feels like the tire is flat but it looks fine we've taken the tire off everything looks fine it's a back passenger side, any help would be greatly appreciated. it does have coilovers if that helps
Are all the suspension bolts tight? What is the condition of the bushings? If you put that side up in the air and yank the tire around, does it wobble?
What was being asked isn't about checking the tire. The tire most likely is fine. It's about checking the wheel geometry parts. The wheel bearing, the suspension bushings etc. I suspect the wheel bearing is nearly gone and is going to outright seize on you causing much grief as well as it's a pretty hefty safety issue. Take the car in, not just the wheel and tire and have it checked.

Tom is right. A bad wheel bearing could cause wobble.
Lift that side up in the air and yank on the wheel. If it does anything other than rotate, something is lose or worn out.

if I do what you guys are saying and lift it up and wiggle the wheels and nothing wobbles what else could the problem be then.

Is fixing the wheel bearings a easy job? Or does a mechanic have to do it? Kinda low on funds lol it would suck if we had to take it to a shop
If everything is solid, it could be that one of the wheels is really out of balance or one of the tires has a bad belt in it.
Try moving the suspected bad wheel/tire to the other side and see if the issue follows.

With the wheel off you can get an eyeball on the rubber suspension bushings. By this age of the car a lot of the original rubber is shot. When they're blown out it can give some odd movement.
And rear wheel bearings are actually quite easy but you do need to be able to get the axle nut off and be able to torque a new one on to something like 134 ft-lbs. I don't remember if that's the magic number the axle nut or the crank pulley bolt, but it's up there somewhere around there.
However, I'm not sure how mechanically inclined you are nor the tools at your disposal, it may be beyond your abilities. The fronts are for sure as they are press fit into the front knuckle. The back is a simple hub exchange.
As hatchaholic mentioned, rear trailing arm bushings being gone can cause some funny movement and wobbles etc.

UPDATE: drove the car to Les Schwab and it was fine on the way there ( which was weird) and they did their inspection and said there's nothing wrong with the car but the tires are really worn. So we're buying all new tires hopefully that solves the problem. I'll check back in after we give it a test drive..
