OBD1 or 2? H22a1 swap

OBD1 or 2? H22a1 swap
I have a USDM H22a1 and ecu 37820-P13-A12, complete engine, harness, etc. Should I go with this setup, meaning converting OBD1 to OBD2a? I have a 94 Prelude 2.3l. I am trying to sell the OBD2a ECU, if not successful might have to stick with OBD2a. I'm assuming that the cheapest route is staying with OBD1 and buying an P13 ecu.
