Icon5 Swapping an F23A1 into a '97 Accord, wondering if there will be any issues.

So my Del Sol got totaled when some jackass merged into me on the interstate and sent me into a ditch at 70 mph before driving off. Well my Fiance's dad had a 1997 and 2002 Accord, with the '97 being a good car with a dead motor, and the '02 being a totaled car with a good motor.

Today I finished pulling the motor out of the '02, and next Friday I'll be putting it into the '97 (I pulled the motor on that about a week back)
I figured I'd need to swap the Harness and the ECU so that Vtech still works, but just today I discovered that the TCM is built into the ECU, which made me think. I'm wondering if anyone has enough experience to tell me what issues I can expect. Like for instance if the transmission in the '97 wont work with the F23A1 ECU.

Also I haven't looked at it hard enough just yet, but I was hoping that the motor mounts would be the same between both, but pulling out the F23 seemed different than the F22, but my memory isn't perfect and there was about 3 weeks between pulling them.

But if anyone could chime in on this with their knowledge and experience I'd sincerely appreciate it.
