Got my 91 civic with a b20 FBO. For some reason sometimes when I’ve been driving the car for abit then turn the car off to go inside the store or something then come back out to turn on the car and drive, the rpm will get stuck at 2k and won’t go higher so i would have turn off the car and start it again and then it’ll let me go higher. It never done that when I first start the car but only when I’ve driven it already. I can’t figure it out. Any clues?
