Default Help - Identifying cut wires To/From Alternator

My 2009 Honda Civic wires to the alternator were cut by some rodent when we left out of town for a few weeks. The surprising thing is that I can still start the car and it runs ( I haven't tried to take out for a drive ).

Can you please help me with
1. identify what these wires are for ? Will it harm the car if I run it as it is ?
2. Part No or where I can buy the harness wire ?
3. Is there any ordering to these 3 cut green (or blue) wires ? Can I just take join it in any order by myself if I do not get the part ?

( Magnified ) These are the 3 green ( or blue ) wires that are cut.

Those cut wires are for the AC compressor. You can splice in new wires; but, they have to match wire to wire, see connector terminal wiring.

Wire is part of the whole main engine wire harness.
