H22a where is it going

Hi all I just finished my h22 euro r build and I don't know where this washer is going I need some help very badly can someone know what this is for

Pretty sure it goes on/behind the balance shaft drive gear.

Yes, it goes behind the drive gear of the rear balance shaft.
