Cold and warm start issues
92 accord ex auto 308k
new ignitor, coil, cap, rotor & plugs/wires, coolant temp sensor (cheap rock auto one)
I believe I have two separate issues
first car will not start cold at all unless the etc sensor is unplugged. Let run for 30 sec to 1 min, shut off, plug sensor in and car will start fine. I tested the resistance on the sensor and it appears to be functioning correctly. My question is if I have a air bubble in the cooling system, would it cause the etc sensor to read wrong and cause the no start or do I have a different problem? No check engine light codes other than an occasional code 43 that I have been fighting.
my other issue is that when you drive the car for 15 or so minutes and shut it off it won’t start till it cools down so I need to replace the main relay. It also every once in a while bogs down when you give it gas from idle and will die (problematic when the relay is bad).
any help on these matters is appreciated
