2001 2001 Accord auto can shifts without pressing brakes

2001 2001 Accord auto can shifts without pressing brakes
I came home from work and put it into to park and this morning I cant start it back up. No crank, no start issue. I also noticed that I can shift the gear without pressing the brake pedal. I can shift it freely up and down from P to D1. Could it be stuck in gear and the shifting cable broke off or something?
How to fix this?
