Default Cross threaded lower(shorter starter bolt) need help with size to recut threads

Does anyone know the lower bolt size so i can recut the threads on a 2008 civic ex starter? Is it m10, m9 or something else by 1.25mm or 1.5mm.

We cross threaded the lower(shorter) starter bolt.
The top(long) starter bolt went in fine, but we damaged the lower bolt/hole

Thanks, Hugh

I believe they are M10 1.25. You could always take it to the hardware store to double check. I think the problem with these is the end of the bolt sticks out past the bellhousing just a bit. It gets corroded, then damages the threads the entire way out..

The lower bolt with the 17mm head size is a 12mm x 1.25 thread size.
