98 accord LX 4cyl - bouncing idle when warm
-stable idle at cold start 1500 rpms
-once at operating temp idle drops and bounces between 1000 and 1300 rpms in d4 but bounces between 1700 and 2000 in neutral/park
-bleeder just squirts coolant no air.
-TB/IACV are shiny clean
any ideas?

I know that there is a solution to this issue. Years after i stopped driving my one carbed 89 LX i heard what the solution was, but i just can't seem to remember
I remember some one saying once that it was the solenoid with a single wire on the carb having issues, though this is a common problem with the carbed Honda's of that era.
I think what my solution ended up being was going the hard route and rebuilding the carb. The new gaskets and acid bath i think is what ultimately fixed the issue.
I would also like to know the solution as i do have another LX that i will be getting around to fixing after my next LXI fix.
You may also want to ask/search for this issue in the "Classic section", though i am a bit confused as to why it starts at pre 88 and not pre 89.
