Rad fan not working after swap
Ok so I have a 98 coupe with a b18b1 swap in it. The swap came out of a 99 civic so the harness is obd2b and it came with a jumper harness for an obd1 ecu (p06 was included). My chassis is obd2a so I was wondering if that has anything to do with my fan not coming on.
Before the swap, the fan worked perfectly btw.
So far I have...
I tested the fan with a probe and sure enough, she still works
I changed the temp switch on the thermostat housing, and I made sure the correct plug (with the green and black wires) was connected to it
I jumped the plug and the fan did not come on, so I changed the relay, and still nothing
I'm new in the Honda game so I'm not sure what else to try out, everything I have done so far was found online.
I'm also waiting on the adapter for the dizzy so I can put in my old obd2a harness and ecu, but until that comes I need the car for work and school, so I gotta make sure the fan is working, thanks in advance for the help.
