Icon5 B20 Fuel rail on B18 manifold for B20 swap DC2

I'm prepping a JDM B20 for a swap into my '00 LS and I've read 3 Google pages worth of forum threads on B20 swapping 'tegs and there seems to be the common side effect of having a lean condition when using the B18 intake manifold and fuel system (naturally, being set up for 1.8l vs 2.0l). Of course I have the option of swapping to a CRV ecu, but if I can remedy this problem with the parts I have on hand, I'd rather do that option.

My question is would y'all think using the fuel rail from the B20 (the regulator on it rated for 47 psi) in the place of the B18 rail (rated for 43) would compensate for this issue? I'd love to use the B20 injectors but they of course have a differently designed tip, but the B18 and B20 injectors seem to connect to the fuel rail the same way. In the ideal world, I'd be using the B18 intake manifold and injectors with the B20 fuel rail + regulator

I considered swapping just the fuel pressure regulators over, but the B20's mounting is different than the B18's, so unfortunately that can't happen. I can confirm the B18 injectors fit to the B20 fuel rail.

u ever get to the bottom of this? I'm having a similar issue with a jdm b20 but its smog related. I'm starting to think this extra .2 in displacement is not getting enough fuel especially with 4 psi less fuel preassure. I'm trying to find a Honda fpr that mounts ls manifold but preassure of b20. If you or anyone can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
