Newbie here... Have 2013 Civic, no mods, just 47k miles everday economy driver. Suddenly started hearing fuel pump "wheeerrrr" sound from back seat. Happens for a few seconds then stops, may or may not happen again a few minutes later. Goes away for days, then pops up again. No check engine lights, no engine/accleration issues while hearing noise. What could be the problem. Have made no changes to car.
