Icon5 Tuners In Michigan

Does anyone know any reputable tuners in the Michigan area? I have 99 civic dx with a built D16y8 and P72 ECU with Hondata sc300v3 yet I'm struggling to find tuners who are familiar with the engine. I've been to 2 different tuners and both of them gave me bad tunes where the turbo was spooling around 5/5.5k and the two-step wasn't functioning properly. I'm new to posting in these forums so if I'm doing it wrong I apologize I just can't seem to find any tuners and I've never tried anything like this before.

This should be moved to the Forced Induction forum. Hopefully a mod will come along and move it.

What turbo are you using? It may not be able to spool before 5K.

What do you mean by saying the two step isn't functioning correctly? Is activation set to "always on" or do you have a switch wired to one of the ECU inputs? Is your VSS working properly?

To answer your questions, I do not know any tuners in MI.

5k spool on a 1.6 doesn't sound unreasonable for anything other than a baby turbo or something exotic.
