I have a d16y8 bottom end bored 0.50 over, vitara pistons, no notch h beams, d16y7 head and intake, motor starts rough and backfires through intake but occasionally slowly takes off, timing isn’t 180 out, can’t find any vacuum leaks only code is for intake air temp sensor and o2, what am I missing here? Any help is appreciated sorry if this is the wrong thread!

 

What ecu are you running?
