Crankshaft sensor could cause engine not starting?

Crankshaft sensor could cause engine not starting?
So I just finished swapping my f23a1 to a f23a, and it's cranking but just not starting. I've doubled checked on my timing system and fuel system. I replace all my sensors but I forgot about the CPS, would this be a cause for a engine not to start?
