Icon5 Trouble Removing Rocker Arms (b16a)

I decided to go ahead and try to replace the LMA on my b16a yesterday. Come to find out, the previous owner managed to over torque and strip/crossthread a majority of the cam cap bolts in the head. I also found that one of the pins that holds in the intake rocker arm rod was bent. After further inspection, the pin was forced in and it sandwiched the rocker arm rod. I'll attach a picture below. Both rods are completely stuck in the head, no matter how hard I push/pull, they will not come out. If I'm not mistaken, they should just slide right out. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go from here? I cant see anything else that might be holding the rods in place either. Is the head just complete junk at this point? TIA.

The oil rail bars are threaded on the distributor end... 12mm x 1.25 pitch. You can use a spare "transmission bell housing to block bolt" to screw into the end of the oil rail bars and tap them out toward the timing belt end. If the engine is still in the car, this may not work as there might not be enough room to pull them all of the way out before hitting the body of the car. All this assumes that you can get the oil control pins out first.

I did exactly that. Both pins are removed. They are stuck in there bad... I threaded a transmission bolt in and tapped it with a hammer HARD and nothing. I also tried to use a prybar to get some leverage on the bolt to pull the rod out and still no success. At this point I might just try to muscle them out. As far as I'm concerned the head is no good anyways if I can't get these out, helicoil all the messed up holes etc.
