91 crx obd1 code retrieval

91 crx converted to obd1 using jumper harness how do i retrieve the cel codes

Ground pin D4 on the OBD1 side of the jumper harness. Your check engine light should flash.

My jumper harness came with wires to run for a SCS connector. You sure yours didn't as well?
