Default 2008 Accord: Do I need a new engine?

Hey all this is my first post. Long story short I bought a 2008 Honda Accord from OfferUp with 104k miles. On my way home from my purchase, I floored to about 90mph when the car suddenly decelerated, lost power, and the check engine light came on. The car would hesitate to accelerate past 3000 rpm after that. However, when I turned the car on and off, the check engine light remained and I regained power to go past 3000 rpm. But if I were to hit 90 mph again, the same issue would arise. The next day when I started the car, it started to idle like a truck. The noise did not seem normal so I took it to auto zone to read the code. Shortly after, I took the car to the dealership for diagnostics. Auto zone said the car had a bad solenoid while the dealership noticed that there was metal shavings in the oil pan. I have included the images below. What are my options here?

Find an independent Honda garage. Most large cities have them as the Honda dealer is way too expensive for out of warranty work.

The low voltage error can cause many other false errors so you need someone knowledgeable to sort that part out.
