P0715 code keeps popping up. replaced main and counter shaft sensors, no change.

checked resistance for counter shaft sensor in tcm/ecm. it was a bit hard to get a reading but there was 400-600 ohms as specified in the manual.

ATF is clear and within fill limits on stick. What the heck to I do now? Have reset codes pulling fuse in engine block, checked fuses under dash and the all check ok.

I would appreciate some ideas as to what to do next.
