VALVE LOCATION accord lx 2.3 HELP

NEED HELP adjust did a head gasket took of the manifold and head put the head back on and found this looks like some sort of valve just can’t find out where it came from

best guess is that is the spool from the VTEC solenoid. did you dis-assembly the VTEC solenoid to replace the screen or something?
