Default b16a1 swap dies/high idle slight vtec bog

Just got my b16a1 edm obd0 with b18 intake and cams running in my ed7 si but when cold you need to press the gas to keep it from dying and idles from 1-2k when warm. Then right about when vtec kicks in it feels like it bogs down a little bit but then gets more power closer to 8k.
There is no hose connected from the pcv on the valve cover to the intake hose and I get check engine light code 7.

Code 7 is for the TPS sensor. Did you happen to swap the TPS and MAP sensor plugs? If this was swapped into a chassis that originally had a DPFI, did you swap the pins around for the TPS sensor? Does the TPS read the correct resistance?

It's an si with mpfi and the map sensor was never unplugged plus the tps plug has the red, green and yellow wires. I'm going to check the voltage and maybe try to put the original b16 harness plug on the current harness.
