That would be for a 1983 civic. I can't believe I forgot to put that on there. Duh.

 

Assuming your civic is in the 80-83 family, you could try giving them a call.

If you're not able to come up with one after all, I would try to create one from a similar model. Finding out the correct resistance values would be the hardest part, and I imagine a service manual for the car would have them.
