Hi everyone, i have a dc2 VTIR 93 model and i was just wondering if they came out with airbags in the steering wheel, my integra has some weird honda steering wheel that doesn’t have a airbag, i have no clue if it’s stock or what it is off. My car was the 215th car made and i am wondering if that has anything to do with it also?

 

Steering wheel airbag was standard for Australian delivered Vti-R DC2
integras even in '93, though passenger side didn't get them until '95.
Cheaper Gsi (DC4) had a non-airbag wheel until '95 when it was also fitted with both airbags.
EG Civic wheels also bolt straight on, though were often grey.
Obviously plenty of people fit aftermarket wheels & adapters.

 

Thanks heaps for the reply, So my vtir didn’t get a factory airbag wheel until 95’ or didn’t get passenger airbags until 95’?
