+ oil pressure wire?

Default + oil pressure wire?

Trying to put a remorse start on my 97 Civic cx. Need the locate the + oil pressure sense wire so the unit know the engine is running.

The factory oil pressure light doesn't have any power run to it... it is simply a switched ground.

That’s exactly what i was thinking. Guess i could use the - signal to activate a relay to send +12 to the unit. Just trying to minimize my number of relays I’m having to cram under the dash and wanted to check to make sure i was seeing things correctly. On a second thought if it needs a +12v signal, i could simply grab the wire off the coil that is energized when running.
