Guys, this is my first civic, and I needed to ask whether or not I can have the steering adjusted because it's way too low for me. I showed it to two mechanics, one said the entire column will need alteration, the other said it'll need a new column. I read somewhere here that I can install a Tilt from an Si or Dx. Attached a photo of the steering after I opened it up. Can this be adjusted? there's some space between the column and the instrument cluster as well.

 

CRX si (maybe also the Civic Si) has a tilt column you should be able to replace if you have everything and switch over the ignition.
