I recently bought a one-owner manual 89 Teg LS from an older lady. It's in great nick body wise and mechanically (interior has stains etc from kinds and dogs). I found some new old stock Enkei RC-S' from Japan which look pretty good on there I reckon.
I have done I/H/E and she goes very nicely. Next up is the transmission - the stock clutch is actually OK if very binary on/off (it bites alright!), but if I'm going to do the flywheel (ACT Streetlite) and gearbox (recon with firmer bushings/bearings if I can find them and Skunk2 dual bend short shifter), I figured I may as well do the clutch.
I had an ITR clutch installed in my 1991 Prelude (took a bit of work from the shop), but I believe that this will not fit the 1989-1992 Integras due to them having different splines to the later models? If this is not an option, would the Exedy OEM replacement be the best bet? I looked at Competition 1.5 but heard a lot of bad things about quality...does ACT make a mild clutch for this car and has anyone used one?
