Some son of a bitch cut the converter off my car and I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if they sell a pipe that i can just clamp on because hell if I'm gonna install another converter for them to steal.

Agree with this but i'd suggest getting a resonated test pipe if you get one, because the catalytic converter helps to keep the exhaust quiet, so the resonated test pipe may help you to reduce some raspiness
