Humming sound, with engine off, near battery or transmission
I don't recall this happening until after I replaced fuel pressure regulator and resealed my valve cover. I hear it when running but even with ignition on before starting.

No sound in your video but it is probably the fuel pump prime and the sound of fuel moving. Fuel pump runs for a couple of seconds with key on engine off.

It does sound like a fuel pump but I can place that sound near the tank and when it stops this does not. I'll try uploading video again elsewhere tonight.

When I got home I disconnected the fuel pump anyway to be sure. Still noise. Then I disconnected the IACV. Bingo. Looking through some threads about it now but so far none come to a conclusion.
