Hello all, I've been using Honda-Tech as a learning resource for years but finally decided to make an account. My primary motivation is that I can now afford to get my jdm b18c that's been living in a family friends shop building for FOUR YEARS back into a car. When I was 18 the same family friend actually sold me an ek coupe powered by said itr motor, it was turbo'd on e85 and made 405whp. It was glorious, however I was only able to afford the car because he gave it to me for an insanely low price. I owned and loved the car for a year, then a family member wrapped it around a tree, luckily both my family member and the swap made it out mostly unscathed. Since then I haven't really had the funds to do anything with the motor until the last year or so, and I've finally decided to let myself do it. I did enjoy moving fast in a straight line but these days I'd really like something I can enjoy on back roads without flying off the road or getting into too much trouble. So, I'm planning to go back to mostly stock and have it retuned na so I can try out the engine in it's mostly original form then decide what I want to do from there if I don't decide to just focus on suspension etc. Now I just need to find a solid integra or eg to drop it in. It's good to be back!
