Hey guys, new to the forum. I’ve tried to do extensive research on forums such as this and others about swaps and engine replacements. But I need y’all’s help. I know I want to do a D16A8 DOHC swap, or a ZC swap wether it’s DOHC or SOHC. I’ve considered a B swap but I’m kind of looking for something easy and cheap at the moment. My D15B2 ran hot and blew the head gasket. Instead of rebuilding it I want to do a swap with a MPFI conversion. Now, for the main question... DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE TO BUY AN ENGINE FROM?? I’ve looked all over facebook, eBay, and google search. Can’t find any D series for sale. Only B or K. I did find a D16A8 on eBay for around $1000 but need to know if it’ll fit directly and if it’s OBD1 or OBD0. Description on eBay says 88-95 D16A8 non vtec. Has D16A8 stamped on block. Please help any help is appreciated.
