Default Replacing manual seats with power, 2019 CRV

Hello all. I am thinking about buying leather seats from an EX-L to replace my cloth seats on my 2019 CRV EX.

Two questions:

1) are the mounts all the same?
2) my stock seat is manual and the leather seats are powered. Is there a power connector that can hook into the new power seats or will I have to figure out a way to wire power from somewhere else?

thanks for the help.

Mounts are probably the same.

I highly doubt the wire harness for the powered seats will be found in your unpowered seat model.
