I bought a semi build track car and unsure if the front brake caliper is stock here is the measurements, wanting to do the prelude/itr/ctr swap and kinda loss looks the same in picture but really unsure

 

Looks like the 240mm/9.4" rotor to me. That is going to be the smallest of the Civic rotors so probably stock.
