Default Car stalling and rough idle after transmission installation

2002 Honda Accord EX 2.3L
185K Miles

MAXA Transmission replaced with BAXA transmission from junkyard.

I recently replaced a transmission that was slipping and shifting and jerking 3 times every time I shifted.

Was replaced from one at a junkyard but the American BAXA model, no noise from this one, shifts on time but having rough idle when I shift and it will stall out at times. It’s throwing codes P0730 (incorrect gear ratio)

sometimes D4 flashes and throws code p1399 manufacturer control, and shift error for the most part. I have no clue what’s going on when I turn it off and on again it’s fine for a few minutes but messes up again. Is this a computer problem? Tested solenoids Ohms and voltage and they click just fine. Could this probably be solved if I installed the computer from the car I took this transmission from?

does the pcm need reprogrammed I’m all out of ideas the trans seems fine just seems like an electrical problem to me at this point. It throws a code when I accelerate more than 10 mph and it begins to shift into second gear.
