Default Crank no start, spark ignition coil not at leads

Hi I need some help 😊 I have a 98 Honda Prelude Si. I have recently changed over the distrubtor as it would crank but not start. After changing distrubtor over I have spark at coil but not at leads. I have tested all fuses. I can hear the fuel pump but since changing distrubtor I cant smell fuel anymore.

I have the firing order correct on the distributor cap

Do I need to do the timing on the distributor otherwise it will not start? Or will it just run rough?
Thanks Cam

Is the car giving you any codes? You could have a bad crank sensor (it's on the oil pump).
