Need help with red light on Kpro V4

Need help with red light on Kpro V4
When I put in the key the kpro has green light but when I turn key for fuel pump it blinks red then back to green then when I crank it flashes red again then back to green and car won’t start. What does the red light mean. I know it’s bad if it’s always on right ?
