When I put the car in park it revs on its own. Theres a video attached of it in park. Once I put it in drive it stops and sounds just fine. It also accelerates when in idle, tops out around 20 mph. Not sure if theyre related but any help is appreciated.

 

Suspects to me could be:
Check to make sure the throttle cable on the engine is not catching on something and won't release all the way, I accidently did that once while working on the car, just had to readjust it. Also check for loose or missing hoses, cracked hoses etc.

You could try to clean first and replace gasket, depends on how much time you have.
