Hello i got a B20 in my 91 civic hb. It's obd1 with skunks 2 intake manifold,headers, and throttlebody. Im not sure how long the car been like this because I recently just got it registered in june after sitting for a year and I barely drive it in the CA heat.
Anyways the car drive fine most of the time but for some reason when I go inside the store or anywhere after just driving the car, when I go and start the car sometimes it'll become sluggish and wont rev pass like 2-3000 rpm then I turn off the car and turn it right back on and it's back to normal. any clues?
