Wheel hub
I have 91 civic hatch back 1.5 base model and was wondering if the wheel hub from a sedan would fit mine the sedan is a 91 1.6

I don't think so. The sedans had bigger brakes and that changed the knuckle to accommodate the larger brakes.
That made the bearing larger and also made the hub larger.

Yes to the DX hatch. As far as I know only the sedan had the bigger brakes.
You can jump on rockauto . com and compare parts all day long.

IIRC the EX is the model with larger brakes. CRX HF is smaller and all the rest of the 88-91 Knuckles/Hubs should be fine.
