My 2005 honda 2.4 vetch wants to keep accelerating from time to time . When I bought it it had a code saying bank 1 was lean I changed the air intake hose already and cleaned the throttle body in place but the acceleration problem still happening. I can make it stop by putting it in neutral and pushing gas pedal all the way down quickly and then letting off. Can someone help please

 

you can try clean or replace the stock air filter or replace a cool cai if you want to spend $50-$75. also, remove all car carpet floor, car mat, etc. that may be obstructing the gas and brake pedals. I know I had my car mat jammed into my brake once I couldn't brake, so I downshifted to slow it down, shift to neutral is nice with automatic car. good job
