Looking for a definitive answer, tried searching but only see a bunch of "it shoulds" or "I heards".

Trying to see if EK AC hardlines can fit into a EG chassis. I tore down my 92-93 R12 system to troubleshoot a leak, ended up doing the cabin filter mod, and then realized I need a R134a system to finish it. I cant find any EG partouts or any in the junkyards, but there are a whole bunch of EK's for parts.

I know the compressor fits, I already have the evaporator in, and the condenser, even if it needs some fab work, I can make it work. But will the hard lines fit?

 

I don't see why not. Worth the $15 gamble at the wrecking yard to find out.
