Icon4 B-CAN problems!

2009 Pilot Touring 2WD Nav 111k miles.
Codes U0155 and U0199
Symptoms: Dash display Outside Temperature shows ---- and compass shows ----. A/C compressor clutch and condenser fan do not come on. Dash illumination on full bright, does not respond to adjustment ****. A/C controls not illuminated. Headlights do not come on with switch, but parking and fog lights do, headlights are always on even when switch is off. Door locks and tailgate do not work when key is ON, but do work when key is out.
Dash shows “Check Parking Sensor System.” Rear left inboard sensor was damaged a year ago. There was previously only dash alert when parking sensor system is switched on.

I've completed all steps in service manual: checked continuity, voltage and ground at the connectors, then replaced MICU, and next replaced Gauge module. Power window master and parking sensor module replaced about a year ago. Unplugged parking module, no change.
Continuity on B-CAN HI and LO between MICU and Gauge are both good.
B-CAN HI and LO are not grounded.
B-CAN junction connector C-424 is clean and undamaged.
Grounds G-401 and G402 are clean. Continuity to battery negative tests good 0.0 ohms.

Do you have a scan tool capable of talking to all the modules on the bus? Sounds like maybe you have a bad module that is pulling the bus down.
