My CEL comes on intermittently so I connected my Autel diagnostic tool, and I keep getting a linking error. There is power going to the obd2 connector. I checked #31 fuse and fuse is good but replaced it with new 7.5 amp fuse anyway and the fuse appears to not have power going to it as it does not light up with my circuit tester. I'm not sure on how to proceed in getting slot #31 to work. I appreciate any help you guys can give me, thanks.
