Default Civic Si flooded in NYC area help

Long time lurker here….so my civic Si got flooded in the NYC area during IDA. It’s a 2007 and I would like to keep the car.

The water made it up to the dashboard. I’ve dried it out and when I put the key in the car goes crazy blinking lights wipers wiping and it won’t even attemtpt to start. I’m guessing there’s damaged ECU’s. Does anyone kno any garages preferably in westchester or northern parts of Bronx that i can tow it for it to be fixed

used car prices are out of control I would rather take the money and fix my Si than buy something else

Probably damage to a lot of things including the ECU but the MICU is probably what is responsible for the crazy lights and wipers.

This happened to me and I didn’t even try to start the car for fear of messing something up. Disconnect battery asap. You can try completely drying out the fuse boxes and control unit modules first. It will take some time but the sooner the less corrosion since it needs time. I sprayed everything electronics with alcohol then dried out and used dielectric grease to repel water and protect sensitive stuff (you can also spray some contact cleaner WD40)
