'96 Civic no crank, no headlights
My '96 Civic has been parked for 3 months, but now has no crank, no headlights. I charged the battery and cleaned the battery posts and used a multimeter to determine that there is 12.6 volts at the battery cables and that the voltage from the positive battery post to chassis ground is 12.6 volts. From the positive terminal on the starter to the chassis ground is 12.6 volts. The fuses next to the battery are ok. Only the horn works
