2002 Accord V6 ECU Swap (old one was flooded)
Hello, everyone!
As the title says, I have a 2002 Accord V6 that flooded in Ida up to the ECU. I read the ODBII codes and got codes P1607 and P0560 for abnormal voltage to the ECU. I thought, no big deal, I'll go grab a used UCU from a wrecked pull-a-part and slap that in. I ran down to pull-a-part and grabbed one out of the same year/model/engine combo accord.
As you probably already know, the old key wont work any longer due to the chip in the old key. Fortunately, I was able to grab the key from the car that had the donor ECU, but of course it's keyed incorrectly.
What are my next steps? Do I get a blank key duplicated from the donor car chipped key and then get it cut to the flooded car's original key?
Thanks for your help, all, it is truly appreciated.

..additional thought.
What about running back to pull-a-part and grabbing the ignition cylinder from the same car? This would probably be the cheapest/lest expensive way to do this, no?
What say you, hive mind?
