New sway bar bushings: grease?
Hi,
I’ve got a 2006 Honda CRV with an OEM sway bar and bushings.
With new bushings, should I be installing the bushing dry? Or should I add grease to the bushing?
The service manual doesn’t indicate the bushing should be greased.
I’m worried about squeaking if the bushing is installed dry.
And I’m worried about the bushing allowing the bar to move too much if it’s greased.
What’s the best way to install the new bushing? Grease or no grease?

i've never greased or found grease on an OEM rubber bushing.
i dont suggest greasing them.
only poly bushings need silicone grease because, well poly sucks.
