Honda 2005 LX alarm/quiet beeping noise

Honda 2005 LX alarm/quiet beeping noise
Hey there, looking for some answers.
I just bought a Honda 2005 LX and when I drive the car it will quietly double beep/honk intermittently, it's quite distracting. Sometimes this happens two to four times and then stops for a while, then it does it again. When it does this there's a little red light underneath the center console beside the cigarette lighter that lights up/flashes.
This will also happen when I'm sitting in the car with the car turned off. I'll be sitting still and then move around and it will double beep/honk quietly while the red light goes off...
I tried pulling the battery out of the fob, holding the panic button, making sure all the doors, hood, trunk and gas panel are locked and I'm still having the issue.
Could it be a fuse issue, voltage issue, battery issue, factory/aftermarket alarm issue? I also have a Tricor vehicle alarm sticker on my window, so it could possibly be a aftermarket alarm issue...?
