Default Guys need some help - flood damage won't start

Long story short recent damage from Ida caused my gf car to be flooded. Water mark on the car is up to the center console and car was submerged up to there. My gf doesn't have full coverage and I need to find a way to see if i get this car working so she can go to school and work.

At first the car started and was able to drive, but after sitting for a day it will no longer crank.

no water in the air filter and in the cylinders when I took out the spark plug. The car has power and the dashlights comes on

I don't know where to start to try to fix this, but I am hoping this community can help me see if this is salvageable.

please help

Ok some more details:

No water in engine or trans, from Fluid check and pulling plugs and checking in the cylinder.

batter tested fine

Car clicks when turning key from on to start position but does not crank
