I had a new cat installed by an exhaust shop because I was busy and didnt want to mess with the rusted bolts, after a month or 2 the bolts came out on the 2 bolt side and the exhaust hit the ground when I was driving, so I got a new gasket and put it in (the aftermarket 2 bolt hole flat ones that came with the cat) but after bolting it on the top half doesn't fit flush like the bottom half and you can kind of see its angled slightly upward, any ideas on how to fix this problem? I can't pull the manifold side down at all and the muffler side I can't angle down
